Rest Home Ministry Team – Wellington
Led by the prompting of the Holy Spirit, Rosemary Wallis felt a clear call to reach out to rest homes with one purpose — to share the gospel with the elderly.
Most Sunday afternoons in Wellington, a team from Task Millions gathers at a local rest home to lift up songs of praise and worship alongside the residents. In this precious time together, Pastor Avia from The Lighthouse Church in Brooklyn, Wellington, shares the Word of God and extends an invitation for people to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
Since December 2024, through this ministry, more than 190 rest home residents have made the life-changing decision to follow Jesus. Glory to God!
We believe that God is moving in this area across New Zealand - This Wellington Team are going to Auckland to connect with Aucklanders to share the gospel there and to inspire other believers to do this in their city.

Fisher Prayer & Outreach Ministries – Street Evangelism
Founded by James Van Velzen, Fisher Prayer & Outreach Ministries exists to give believers an opportunity to watch, learn, and step out in faith as they share the gospel. Our heart is to encourage and equip others to boldly proclaim the Good News, building confidence through hands-on experience.
Every Friday night begins with a time of prayer at Celebration Church before we head into the streets of Courtenay Place in the heart of Wellington City — the capital of New Zealand.
Totally Holy Spirit Led - sometimes we go out with instruments for music, sometimes just a mic but always with prayer, and the unity of brothers and sisters in Christ.
We are seeing more and more open hearts for Jesus, with weekly salvations taking place right there on the streets.
Through videos and testimonies, we aim to inspire others who may feel hesitant — showing that when God opens the door, sharing His love is not only possible but deeply rewarding.
